Made using high carbon stainless steel X50MoV15 and heat treated to a Rockwell hardness of 58, giving them a razor sharp edge that is also durable enough to withstand a professional setting.

Using STOSH workshop's Yorkshire oak for the handles, full tang blades and brass rivets, these professional standard knives are made in collaboration with renowned knife maker Samuel Staniforth.

Based in Sheffield, Samuel Staniforth is a traditional, family-owned company that has over 150 years of experience in the design and manufacture of forged cutlery.
